Don’t you love how two-year-olds talk? Mine is a big popcorn fan. Every time she eats them, she rubs her tummy and says, “Yummy problem”. I know I should correct her, but it’s just too cute that I’m going to let it slide for a little longer.
I went to the Gluten Free and Allergen Free Expo this past weekend and left with bags overflowing with free samples. One of my favorite vendors was Cobra Corn, with flavors like Bombay Seasoning, Chai Caramel (my personal favorite), and Himalayan Mountain Salt. The CEO is extremely nice and laid back; it’s a family company, with his relatives harvesting the Himalayan salt by hand. How can you not support a business like that?
My kids love the popcorn. The Bombay Seasoning has quite some kick; my six-year-old stuffed his mouth with a handful, started fanning his mouth and declared, “So spicy! But. I’m going to eat more!” Yummy problem, indeed.
